Original Degree Certificate(If incase not yet collected)

If in case you have not collected your Original Degree Certificate original degree certificate after your graduation from institution/University then we need to apply for original degree certificate. If in case you have not completed your course or if you have any backlog then you are not eligible to apply for Original degree certificate for both UG and PG.

Mandatory Documents required:

• Provisional Certificate
• Transfer Certificate
• Course completion Certificate
• Scan copy of all mark sheet
• Scan copy of Degree certificate
• Scan copy of address proof
• Scan copy of application form
