Duplicate marks memo/Degree certificate(In case of lost)

Duplicate marks memo is in case of you lost any particular certificate then we need to apply for your current/former University/Institution. After we apply application for duplicate mark memo the University/Institution verifies and issues new mark memo.

Document required:

• FIR copy from local police station
• Affidivity from judiciary department
• Notary
• Scan copy of all mark sheet
• Scan copy of Degree certificate
• Scan copy of address proof
• Scan copy of application form
