Medium of instructions is detailed of all your marks or grades with subject name and subject code which mainly says that in which medium you have studied for whole academic year for both UG/PG that as been generated by your current/ formed University/Institution. Usually it will be a document only on paper.
Document required:
- Scan copy of all mark sheet
- Scan copy of Degree certificate
- Scan copy of address proof
- Scan copy of application form
