APPLICATION PROCESS FOR MUMBAI UNIVERSITY TRANSCRIPTS:
If you want to application for transcript from Indian universities, you must follow the standard procedure of the respective university. Below steps must be followed if you have obtained your degree from any Mumbai University and want to apply for your Mumbai University transcripts:
Step 1: Few requisites before applying:
1. If you have completed your final year, you will have a set consisting of eight documents. You will need the eight reports of all the semesters to be attested. Or, if you are currently studying and you wish to have a transcript then you can simply have your previous semesters’ reports get attested. Keep a set of these mark sheets ready.
2. You must keep one extra copy as the officials might ask you to submit one copy for their reference purpose.
4. Printed address is not accepted while applying for Mumbai University Transcripts, so be careful to use a pen or marker to write the address.
5. The original documents must be carried with you. After verification, you can retain your original documents.
Step 2: Application for transcripts at the Mumbai University Office:
1. A form will be given to fill basic information about you.
2. When called by the official, hand over all your documents. Once they verify, the documents will be placed in envelope and a receipt will be given to you.
3. Depending upon number of transcripts you have demanded, you are asked to pay the fees.
4. You have to pay,
- Attestation charge: INR 5 per document
- Processing fees: INR 50 per document
5. A minimum of 25 days is claimed to produce your attested documents.
Step 3: Collecting your attested documents:
1. After 25 days, you must go to the office of the university and ask for the Mumbai University transcripts by presenting them the receipt that was given to you.
2. Be careful to check the seal and signature of the principal or director.
HOW TO GET BANGALORE UNIVERSITY TRANSCRIPT:
Just like Mumbai University transcripts, the process to apply for Bangalore university transcript is also very simple.
